Excellent from start to finish. I really want to know everything before I make an investment like this and Space Solar happily answered dozens of questions for me over a 3 month period, not once batting an eyelid at my repeat phone calls and emails before I proceeded with the Solar and Battery install. The install itself went very smoothly and they made sure I was 100% happy before leaving and even followed up again the next day see if I had any questions or concerns. I spoke to three other suppliers before going with Space Solar and none of them gave me the same sense of pro-active service and support. They seemed mor inclined to just try to churn through as many customers as possible and it was clear the service and support was not going to be the same as I got from Space Solar. From Start to Finish 5 StarFrom the design through to install Space Solar have been spot on. I had 6 quotes in all and selected Space Solar after their designer Chris called me to discuss my intentions. With a clear design quote and a number of questions raised and answered promptly I felt comfortable engaging Space Solar as my installer.There was a delay due to my insistence on the latest Fronius Symo Gen 24 inverter as a market leader which did not enter the Australian market until late June but as soon as it was available the install was scheduled and executed. The install team, led by Nathan, were exemplary, polite, efficient and leaving a clean site. As install included replacement of an existing 9 year old system I had anticipated some issues but none were encountered. Spare tiles for any damage were available but not required, they were more difficult to obtain than the solar!So highly recommended up to and including install, initial performance is as expected for this time of year with higher yields expected as spring and summer approach.Thank you Space Solar.
